Volunteers needed to test the River!

Sarah is part of the Ripple Effect team and will be out testing the Grom and upper Medway looking for pollutants, and for signs of wildlife. Will you join her and a band of citizen science volunteers?

We’re offering full training in water sampling and invertebrate testing so you need no experience at all, just enthusiasm and the time to get down to a set point on the river once a week for about six months. (No worries if you’re away – another volunteer will cover for you.)

The water sampling training is on either 9 or 10 March (you choose) so the time to sign up is NOW!

Here’s the website for more information and the volunteer sign-up form: Ripple Effect.

See you on the river!
